Almost every year, MMA fans from all over the world are thrilled by the performances of the elite mixed martial fighters in the One fighting championship rosters. Along with the fast-growing followers and viewers of One FC, MMA gyms and training centers run by their notorious coaches and trainers must always be ready whenever opportunities pop up because they must always perform at the highest level for their fans.

With Rodtang,  who is considered to be the most exciting Muay Thai fighter to watch in the One Muaythai, along with Bibiano Fernandez including the siblings Christian and Angela Lee in mixed martial arts and the “Doctor” Petrosyan who is considered to be one of the best strikers of all time in martial arts ruling the kickboxing in the said promotion building up their inspiring and historical legacies, more and more up-incoming fighters are more pressured but dedicated in their craft in order for them to be prepared whenever an opportunity arrives.

Here in the Philippines, home to one of the greatest boxers to have ever lived on earth in the name of Manny Pacquiao, mixed martial arts is now becoming very popular.

More and more MMA gyms are being opened in order to train athletes from Luzon all the way down to the southern Philippines.

Catapulting the rise of mixed martial arts fans and supporters are Eduard Folayang, Brandon Vera, and former UFC phenom and finisher, Mark “the Machine” Monuz.

Eduard “The Landslide” Folayang, first led and represented the pure breed of Filipinos in the MMA scene before the rise of a lot of mixed martial arts fighters and Passionist’s around the country.

Folayang, a former world champion, was the long-time face of Filipino mixed martial arts representing the banner of the Team Lakay training center, located in the Cordillera which is being run and operated by the international and sensational coach and former MMA champion himself Mark “The Machine” Sangiao.

Recently, longtime undisputed Brave champion Stephen “the sniper” Loman and Jahnlo, the son of the legendary coach Sangiao signed with the One fighting championship family.

Yet another superstar in the making has made a noise in the One bantamweight division. Coming from the Benguet-based Team Lakay fighting championships, Jeremy “the juggernaut” Pacatiw had a wish granted as it was confirmed that he is now part of Asia’s premier martial arts promotion.

Pacatiw, 25, with a 10-4 record and a licensed criminologist, is projected to be one of the next big things in the Filipino MMA as he is a ferocious, crafty, and an ultimate finisher in the cage.

In his last fight, he was able to finish the Brazilian phenom Jay Silva with a barrage of vicious punches to end the fight.
