ONE of the gifts of the pandemic was that it pushed me out of my comfort zone. Like many coaches, healers, and therapists I knew, I offered pro bono sessions to those suffering from depression and anxiety caused by the lockdown and fear of the unknown. This practice built my skills and my confidence until I had a thriving practice as a Theta Healer and NLP practitioner.

Yet, even with the success I was experiencing with my clients, my heart started shifting towards teaching. Why? Because I realized that after we had cleared all the limiting beliefs and forgiven and healed the past, what they now needed was to learn the tools and daily practices that would allow them to continue to connect to their authentic selves, to love themselves unconditionally. My goal was to teach these practical concepts and tools that my students could use for the rest of their lives, so that they would not need me anymore, except as a sounding board, or as a friend. I started looking at all the knowledge I had gathered via my training and self-study and systematizing it, but I was rather daunted by the scale of what I wanted to accomplish.

It was at this point that I encountered The Self-Love Solution Program being offered by Atma Prema Wellbeing Group. Atma Prema is Sanskrit for self-love. Reading their mission statement was like reading my own:

“Through self-love, happiness can be a constant state of being. With an intentional lifestyle rooted in nurturing, acceptance and consistent practice in raising frequencies, anyone can live in emotional wellness and bliss.”

“The Self-Love Solution Program is designed to specifically help you remember your true nature— love. This is a transformational experience that will enable you to direct your own state of being in the long run.”

After two months of training that have helped me shift my consciousness and grow deeper in self-love and acceptance, I am honored to now be one of APWG’s Self-Love Solution teachers. We all have our own subspecialties, ranging from tweens (ages 9-12) & teens (ages 13-17), to end-of-life transitions, and every life stage in between. We are equipped to help in areas of career, personal & professional relationships, personal growth, parenting, and creativity. Beyond these particularities, we all have one goal – to guide individuals in uncovering their wholeness, as they unveil their authentic self, free of guilt & shame.

Our purpose is to create a worldwide shift in consciousness through ripples of self-love; enabling every man, woman, and child to generate their inner joy, develop harmonious relationships, and live in their unique purpose – unwavering in their authenticity and courageous in achieving self-sovereignty.

The answers are always found within. Self-Love is the solution.
