HOUSE 8280 Entitled An Act Providing for a Vaccine or Immunization Passport for Covid 19 and other Infectious Diseases was proposed by Ang Probinsyano Partylist Representative Ronnie Ong.
This House Bill seeks to issue a vaccination passport as an identification system for those who availed of the free vaccination program of the government or was vaccinated through personal or other means against Covid 19.

No one has the right to shoot down the RIGHT TO CHOOSE whether we want to get vaccinated or NOT. We have the freedom to say NO thank you to a spike protein that causes health problems.
There are companies in Baguio City that are coercing employees to be vaccinated. There is no law supporting this, know your Rights! There is no law requiring you to be mandatorily vaccinated to report to work, because it is NOT mandatory to be vaccinated. Not even the local government offices are mandating this.
Vaccination is voluntary. It is your choice, no one should force you. Depriving anyone of continuance of work, entry to school or establishment, participating in events just because you are not vaccinated, is highly illegal, and discriminatory.
The safety of people against the effects of the vaccine outweighs any perks, discounts or privileges offered to get people to be vaccinated.
Pro-vaccine people should track the effect of the vaccines on vaccinated people – for vaccine-related injury, instead of discriminating against unvaccinated people.
