SAINT Louis University (SLU) in Baguio City along with Benguet State University (BSU) will be hosting the first National Conference on the Internationalization of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines.

The conference is also expected to form a network for the internationalization of HEIs in the Philippines to be fully formalized and recognized through the signing of letters of commitments by the presidents and representatives of a network of 10 Philippine partner HEIs under the coordination of the Philippine Commission on Higher Education International Affairs Staff (CHEd-IAS).
The 10 partner HEIs under the Antena internationalization network comprise the five private universities of Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, Saint Louis University, University of San Carlos, Xavier University; and the five state universities of Benguet State University, Central Luzon State University, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, Polytechnic University of the Philippines and University of the Philippines.
In addition, also attending are representatives from the University of Alicante, University of Montpellier, and European Foundation Management Development (EFMD) and a panel of experts from the CHEd through its IAS.
