This is false.
It has already been debunked by several news outlets such as ABS CBN, stating that no such incentive will be deposited in the Landbank accounts of registering people.

The Philippine Identification System (PSA) also clarified this in a May 27 post, stating that there will be no monetary incentives given after the second step of the registration. The ATM card provided will not carry any amount. Opening a Landbank account for transactional purposes during the National ID process is also optional.

Also, Senator-elect Alan Peter Cayetano warned against fake social media pages posing as social media accounts of his cash aid programs Sampung Libong Pag-asa and Sari-saring Pag-asa.
“Paalala sa lahat ng ating mga kababayan: mag-ingat sa mga nagpapanggap na staff o member ng ating programang Sampung Libong Pag-asa at Sari-saring Pag-asa,” Cayetano said in a statement.
This after multiple cases of fake groups and pages on the social media platform were reported to the Senator-elect by concerned supporters.
Sampung Libong Pag-asa is a financial assistance initiative launched by Cayetano on May 1, 2021 in which chosen beneficiaries across the country are given P10,000 in cash aid to help them with their basic expenses and put up their own small businesses amid the pandemic.
