CLAIM: Marcos Administration to provide cash aid amounting to 9 trillion pesos
RATING: FALSE
This is a mere exaggeration.
THE FACTS: A Youtube video circulating online posted by the user “PweDelie TV” titled “WOW AYUDA SA MGA PILIPINO PINAG-UUSAPAN NA! GRABE 9 TRILLION PESOS NA PROYEKTO NI PANGULONG BBM” has been making its rounds online.
As the inflation rate continues to increase, the Marcos government plans to provide P1,000 cash grants to each of the 9.3 million families. This corresponds to only P9.3 billion in aid, far short of the overstated trillions reported by the unreliable Youtube channel.

This claim has also been debunked by Rappler.
