This is false.
An LGU building in La Trinidad has an elevator from much earlier.
As early as 2016, the Senior Citizen Multipurpose Building in La Trinidad, Benguet had an elevator to cater to the senior citizens who utilize the building.
The building, started during the administration of former La Trinidad mayor Artemio Galwan, was completed and opened for use in 2016, during La Trinidad mayor Edna Tabanda’s term.
Why we fact-checked this: We should give credit where it is due.
