The Diocese of Baguio has identified seven churches in the city and Benguet province where the Catholic faithful can go for a pilgrimage to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Christianity in the country. Bishop Victor Bendico of Baguio said the seven churches would hold Masses to jumpstart the year-long celebration, from April 4, 2021 to April 22, 2022, as stated by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines.

From April 4 to 10, the faithful can attend scheduled Masses in the churches subject to health protocols. The Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral in Baguio City will hold a Mass at 8:30 a.m. on April 4 to kick-off the celebration in Baguio.

It will be followed by the mass at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Tuding, Itogon, Benguet at 10 a.m. on April 5; Vincent Ferrer Parish in Baguio at 9 a.m on April 6; San Isidro Labrador Parish in Abatan, Buguias, Benguet at 10 a.m. on April 7; Immaculate Conception Parish in Acop, Caponga, Tublay Benguet at 10 a.m. on April 8; San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish on Loakan Road at 10 a.m. on April 9; and San Jose the Husband of Mary Parish at Poblacion La Trinidad at 8:30 a.m on April 10.
